A specific strategy for each project is designed both in Online and Offline Marketing, applying local knowledge, thanks to our representatives. Singularity Real Estate has a team specializing in residential legal advice for the analysis and review of all documentation relating to reservations, purchase and sale contracts and deeds, as well as any other type of legal advice during the process to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in view of possible audits.


CLIENT CRM MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE

All sales management will be monitored through a CRM, either its own or that of the client in the event that it is requested.
